PATRIZIA acquires Spanish residential complex in Alcobendas (Madrid) for some EUR 40 million from Twin Peaks Capital

PATRIZIA AG has acquired a residential complex in Alcobendas Madrid for around EUR 40 million.

The property, called „La Menina“, consists of a residential complex (Urbanización) with 112 flats including parking garages and various sports facilities such as an outdoor pool, tennis court and gym.

The seller is Twin Peaks Capital, a Spanish family office based in Madrid, which is responsible for the development, construction and completion of the property, scheduled for 2023.

The residential complex is being built in Alconbendas, which administratively belongs to the Spanish capital Madrid. The location, about 15km north of the city centre, offers excellent infrastructure and proximity to both the city centre and Barajas airport.

PATRIZIA is strengthening its own presence in Spain with this investment.

According to press information, PATRIZIA holds residential properties in Spain with more than 50,000 square metres of space, valued at some EUR 200 million.
