On November 19, 2024, a meeting of trusted business advisors with representatives of important medium-sized law firms providing legal and tax advice, as well as of insolvency administrators from the Lower Rhine region, took place again.<\/p>\n

The host was IKB AG from D\u00fcsseldorf, moderated by financial editor Isabella-Alessa Bauer from the editorial team of Targecy GmbH Frankfurt.<\/p>\n

High-profile speakers presented the current M&A market from a German perspective (Livingstone Partners), optimized financing options with a newly developed tool for the Germany-wide placement of finance assets (IKB Finanzmarktplatz), private equity investments in medium-sized companies (S\u00fcd Beteiligungen GmbH\/S\u00fcdBG) and the growing importance of AI in law firms (A&O Sherman) to an expert audience.<\/p>\n
