{"id":438,"date":"2023-11-19T22:41:15","date_gmt":"2023-11-19T21:41:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/?p=438"},"modified":"2023-11-19T22:41:29","modified_gmt":"2023-11-19T21:41:29","slug":"spanish-real-estate-law-conference-in-munich-on-18-november-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/spanish-real-estate-law-conference-in-munich-on-18-november-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Spanish Real Estate law conference in Munich on 18 November 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/11\/munich2-300x159.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"159\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/11\/munich2-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/11\/munich2-1024x542.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/11\/munich2-768x406.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dr-idelmann.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/11\/munich2.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s autumn conference of the German-Spanish Lawyers&#8216; Association on Spanish real estate law (Derecho Inmobiliario espa\u00f1ol) took place on 18.11.2023 in Munich. <\/p>\n<p>Another very informative event organised by the German-Spanish Lawyers&#8216; Association, which was very well attended with 120 participants, and which was characterised by excellent speakers and lively discussions with a knowledgeable audience.<\/p>\n<p>The complex structures and processes of property transactions in Spain for commercial and private properties were discussed, as well as tax structuring options for buyers, sellers and heirs. <\/p>\n<p>All of this in the context of cross-border transactions between Germany\/the DACH region and Spain and the associated complex legal and tax issues.<\/p>\n<p>It also became clear that the real estate market in Spain is still very active, despite a significant slump in 2023, primarily due to the turnaround in interest rates on the international capital markets and the current political crises in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Around 500,000 real estate transactions are expected to be completed in Spain in 2023, after an all-time high of almost 650,000 units was recorded in 2022. Prices fell significantly across the board, as in other European countries.<\/p>\n<p>One exception is property assets in the Spanish logistics sector, which continues to boom and is proving surprisingly resistant to the crisis. <\/p>\n<p>This overall very good conference was rounded off by a culinary and cultural framework programme in the beautiful Bavarian capital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year&#8217;s autumn conference of the German-Spanish Lawyers&#8216; Association on Spanish real estate law (Derecho Inmobiliario espa\u00f1ol) took place on 18.11.2023 in Munich.
